Our Service Guarantee

We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Madeline’s Beauty Shop. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.

Refunds
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

Please keep in mind, using box color or going from Darker to Lighter tones may result in more than one service to achieve your desired result.

Right to Refuse Service
Madeline’s Beauty Shop reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen and you may need to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or reschedule no less than 24 hours prior to the reservation.

This allows us ample time to fill the reservation should you need to cancel/reschedule your service. Appointments that are canceled less than 24 hours prior to the start of your service, will result in a charge of 100% of the cost of future service prior to your appointment day.

No Show
In order to respect the time of our Stylit’, if an appointment is not honored by the client, you will be subject to a no show fee, and you can possibly be serviced in the future on a walk-in only basis.

Late
Please be courteous to your Stylist and the salon’s other guests.
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation we may have to reschedule your appointment.

Children
We do not perform services on children under the age of 13.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult while the consultation is performed. If a Child under the age of 18 is receiving a service, a consent form must be signed prior to the service being performed.

Methods of payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express and Cash.

Reservations
We highly encourage you to request a reservation through our online booking site so that you can view availability of your preferred artist. You can also call the salon at 954-669-4443

Online Scheduling
Your reservation request will be scheduled based on Artist availability.
Your request IS NOT APPROVED until you receive confirmation from Madeline’s Beauty Shop.

Head Lice
It is against Studio Policy to perform services on clients with head lice. If a client has been diagnosed with head lice while receiving a service in the salon we would not be able to complete the service the same day. We would be able to complete the service within 48 hours once the head lice treatment has been completed.

Gift Certificate Policy
Gift certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase and must be presented at time of service.
Copies of gift certificates are not acceptable.
Please call Madeline’s Beauty Shop concerning lost gift certificates.
All gift certificates are non-refundable.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Gift certificates are valid at Nova Hair Studio only for all products and services available.
